- Position: Mid-Level Designer

Required Experience:
- Experience Range: The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in designing and laying out instrument and electrical control systems. This experience should be in heavy industrial settings, particularly in industries like oil and gas, refining, and pipelines.
- Safety Awareness: Candidates must be familiar with the proper use and care of personal safety equipment, emphasizing the importance of safety in industrial settings.
- Field Experience: While not mandatory, field experience is preferred. This suggests that the candidate may need to work in real-world, on-site conditions, and having prior experience in such environments is valuable.
Education:

- Instrumentation Diagrams: Understanding of loop diagrams, instrument indexes, P&ID's (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams), panel schedules, wiring diagrams, and connection diagrams is important for designing and installing instrumentation systems.
- Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with various equipment types such as Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Single Loop Controllers, and power supplies is beneficial.
- Control Panel Wiring: Ability to lay out and wire control panels with some supervision is required.
- Instrument Location Plans: The candidate should be able to develop instrument location plans, which are crucial for organizing the placement of instruments within a facility.
- Loop Wiring: Ability to wire PLC, DCS, and analyzer loops is necessary for connecting instruments and controls effectively.
