This position is responsible for research and design, implementation, oversight, and support to all enabling technology innovations. This position will develop and establish ET (Enabling Technologies) practice's and systems to support the implementation of person driven strategies set not only by leadership but all other stakeholders. This position will continue to analyze the requirements of all departments to determine their technological needs to match the forward movement of the Tech Shift plan and transformational services.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High School degree or GED
- Proficiency in, Apple/Mac applications, Microsoft 365, Google docs, Online learning platforms, Cross functional applications, Smart Technology
- Previous experience as a help desk technician
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Up to date knowledge of new systems, information, software and upgrades
