Seeking an Instructional Designer to develop a three day in-person onboarding program that is currently in the design/curating content stage. There will be 2 days of training for all employees and the 3rd day for leaders. There will be early June program launch and expect to have a good number of tabletop (maybe some digital) activities for participants to journey through.
Pay: $55 – 60/hour 1099
Start: Mid-February
Duration: 3 months through Mid-May (40 hours per week)
Location: 100% virtual/remote. Must be located in CST/EST time zone as a possible trip onsite may be necessary.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of strong instructional design and development experience
- Heavy experience in Instructor Led Training
- Experience creating onboarding training
- Experience creating highly engaging learning
- Experience as an ID Lead/team lead ID
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- InDesign experience a plus
- Highly collaborative with a “can do attitude” and consultative
- Samples/portfolio required
