Installer Welder

Job Scope: The ideal candidate will be required to install service bodies, platforms, dumps, van packages, hoists, electrical components, circuits, sorting units and ladder racks. The position also requires to perform light mechanical assembly. 

Required Skills and Experience

1. Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
2. Has strong mechanical background.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
4. Own tools are required
5. Possess positive attitude and is willing to learn.
6. Has progressive assembly line and mechanical capabilities.
7. Is able to work safely in a production environment wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
8. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 

Preferred Experience and Training:

1. Has previous work in an assembly environment.
2. Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry highly desired.
3. Welding and/or fabricating experience highly desired. 
4. Attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
5. Has experience with hand tools (pneumatic and battery operated)
6. Experience with: Cutting torch, Overhead Cranes, Grinders and Plasma Cutter required.

Education Requirement:

High School or GED
