Are you a driven Installer Technician with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales?

As an Installer Technician, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, providing consultations, selling new products, and performing repairs on existing installations. Using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you’ll work to ensure our customers receive top-notch service. In this role you will work with products ranging from shutters, blinds, shades, and draperies and use an educational approach when working with our clients.
What You'll Get!
- Base salary of $52k plus commission!
- Projected first year earnings of $60k - $75k with commission

About You:
- You have experience with installations, carpentry or within a similar industry.
- You are assertive, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.
- You listen and are focused on long-term solutions.
- You are an adept, expert communicator and love to connect with customers.
- You are excited by opportunities for growth in a niche, growing industry.
A Day in the Life:
- While focusing on installation and repairs, you will educate clients on the best options for resolving their window covering needs
- Measure accurately with the use of company technology; Problem-solve to ensure a flawless installation
- Coordinate and supervise installations from start to finish
- Manage product deliveries and ensure all is organized and ready for installation
- Work extensively in our CRM to provide accurate quotes and track products
- Proactively follow up with clients after installations
- Driving to and from client consultations within a 45-mile radius in a company vehicle
- Experience with installations, carpentry or similar industry
- A clean driving record and valid NY Driver's License
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
