As Bath Fitter Installer, what will your responsibilities be?

• Accurate and professional installation of all Bath Fitter products at the job site to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
• Adhere to all Bath Fitter standards, policies and procedures for installations, and follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers, respect their property and leave the work area clean.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos, typically using company iPad.
• Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all necessary tools and job components.
• Attendance and punctuality are required

What is the ideal profile for this position?

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square.
• Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Basic plumbing knowledge is an asset.
• Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.).
• Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects multiple times a day.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
