Key Responsibilities:

  1. Installation of Ballistic Glass:
  • Accurately measure and install Ballistic Glass in various types of vehicles.
  • Ensure that the installation meets all safety standards and specifications.
  • Work with a variety of vehicle models, adapting installation techniques as necessary.
  • Emergency Vehicle Modification:
    • Install and maintain specialized equipment in Emergency Vehicles, such as sirens, communication equipment, and emergency lighting.
    • Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with emergency services personnel to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing:
    • Conduct rigorous quality checks and testing on installed Ballistic Glass and equipment.
    • Ensure that all installations provide maximum safety and functionality.
  • Maintenance and Repair:
    • Provide maintenance services for Ballistic Glass and emergency vehicle equipment.
    • Diagnose and repair any issues related to Ballistic Glass and installed equipment.
  • Customer Service and Consultation:
    • Advise clients on the best ballistic protection solutions for their specific needs.
    • Provide clear and concise communication regarding installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and procedures.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry standards and technological advancements in ballistic protection and emergency vehicle equipment.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in Ballistic Glass installation and emergency vehicle equipment.
    • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and structural integrity.
    • Certification or training in automotive glass installation, automotive technology, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and precision.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    Working Conditions:

    • This role may require working in various environments, including indoor workshops and outdoor settings.
    • The job may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
    • Travel to client sites or different locations may be required.
