Installed Sales Automation Specialist – Join Us and Shape the Future!
Location: Hybrid position with two days remote and three days at DFW Business Center, Dallas, TX.What Will You Do?
- Talk to customers and installers to understand their challenges and needs.
- Research and find ways to make things better through automation.
- Work with our tech team to create solutions that streamline processes and enhance Customer Service.
- Don't worry if you're new to automation; we're ready to teach you.

- Have you used tools like Jira, voice dictation, PHP, or Visio? (It's a plus, but not required.)

Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Proficient in professional on-screen communication.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, voice dictation, PHP, and Visio is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new technologies, including AI and automation.
- Passion for contributing to a high-level intellectual culture and a desire to deliver value through automation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in the installed-sales industry.
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging in conversations.
- Solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a confident and determined mindset.
- Required to work onsite in Dallas, TX.

Salary: $18-$26 p/h DOE
