Installation Coordinator

The Installation coordinator position is a crucial point of contact for customers, sales and operation. This is a full-time position, M-F, 8am to 5pm.

Specific Responsibilities:

·       Make initial contact with customers regarding new installations.

·       Answer incoming calls, take messages, screen and follow up with routine items to facilitate timely resolution.

·       Add/update records regarding communication with customers into the system.

·       Exceed customer needs through professional and courteous practices.

·       Maintain communication with customers regarding changes, satisfaction and service updates.

·       Provide administrative support for the operations team.

·       Maintain confidential, organized and comprehensive compliant filing system.

·       Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents as needed.

·       Follow up with customer after installation.

·       Other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Candidate Specifications:

·       2-4 years of customer service experience. Experience in a sales/service based company a plus.

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Data entry skills – attention to detail a must.

·       Proficiency in MS Office. Primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher and Windows based programs.

·       Experience in QuickBooks is helpful.

·       Must have excellent verbal communication skills.

·       Stellar attendance.

·       The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Ability to work independently and part of a team.

·       Creative problem solver with decision making ability.

·       Ability to multitask with attention to detail and organization.

·       Must pass a state and federal criminal background check and drug screening.
