SalaryAre you an experienced Installation Biller? Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Installation Biller in LA VISTA NE. The pay rate for this position is $22.00/hour Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm.
Job Description:
The individual in this position is responsible for setting up projects, monitoring their progress, and handling customer billing. They work closely with the Installation Manager, Project Managers, and customers to ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeframe. The role requires managing a portfolio of multiple projects and issuing 1 or 2 subcontracts per project.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Setting up a project in your business system based on sales to operations transition documents.
Assisting in the initiation and tracking of contract projects to ensure compliance and successful completion by the due date.
Preparing invoices for billing and any additional documentation required for billing purposes. I will also process invoices and validate them according to project contract documentation.
Requirements:
High School Diploma is a requirement
Must be able to read and comprehend construction contract terms and conditions.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
