As Described below Skills Experience in preparation of following design deliverables; Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control system Specifications, Instrument Index and I/O List, Functional loop schematics, and Logic Diagrams, Inst. Datasheets, Installation drawings and Hookups, Inst. Location Client outs, Cable Tray Client outs, Control room Client outs, Cable and Junction Box Schedule, Wiring and Interconnection drawings, Loop Wiring Diagram, MTO, Construction/Erection Tender, CAPEX support etc. InterDisciplinary Activities – P&ID review and update, 3D Model review, IDR/IDC, Cable tray layouts, Equipment layouts, Instrumentation Layout Hands on Experience in the following design Calculations; Inst. Sizing – Control Valve Sizing (InstruCalc, CONVAL), Flow meter sizing, Safety valve sizing, Air and power consumption calculations, Thermowell Wake freq. calculations, UPS Sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable tray sizing, cable sizing. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG Plants and NEC standards. Should have knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification Instrument Selection All types of field instruments. Exposure to selection of instruments and systems for Hazardous areas. Experience in preparation / review / approval of following procurement deliverables; Material Requisition, TBE, Purchase Requisition and Vendor Drawing Review and approvals for Field Instrumentation and Control Control System:

Experience with Control Systems – DCS, ESD (SIS), PLC, package control systems, Fire & Gas systems (FGS).

Control System Specification, Architecture Design, Communication Protocols, FF, Profibus, Modbus etc.

Knowledge of FAT / SAT of control systems – DCS, SIS, FGS and Package control systems.

Desirable Experience with control systems from reputed vendors like Rockwell/ Siemens/ Client / Yokogawa / Invensys .
