Primary Objective: To ensure that all parts produced on assigned production lines machine are of acceptable quality and packed according to standards.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to wear proper protective equipment.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand in a stationary position for 88% of a shift.
- Must be able to occasionally walk, with or without an additional weight load.
- Must be able to lift and /or carry 35 lbs. above shoulder height, on a regular basis.
- Must be able to visually inspect production pieces for quality defects.
- Must be able to use a trim knife to trim or remove excess flash.
- Must be able to understand and follow directions.
- Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.
It is expected that company policies and procedures will always be followed. The Shift Supervisor, or designee, will be the first point of contact if any questions or issues arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Required to work safely and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures
- Must wear Safety Glasses & Ear Plugs upon entering building.
- Must wear Kevlar Glove & Kevlar Sleeve on opposite hand when using knife.
- Ensure that parts are meeting quality guidelines provided by Quality Staff.
a) Ensure parts are properly labeled and trimmed.
- Ensure finished goods cartons are properly labeled and sealed.
- Stack and wrap finished cartons neatly on pallets per packing instructions.
- Report any issues with parts or equipment by notifying the Technician, Coordinator or Supervisor.
- Other Duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor (or designee).

- Maintain a good attendance record in accordance with United Solutions Attendance policy.
* Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled shift start time
* Work your entire scheduled shifts
