Quality Inspector (CMM)
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Inspector for an opportunity in Wichita, KS.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Level B1. Meet the Level II training and experience requirements of NAS-410 andMAA1-10026-12. Maintain certifications as required to comply with NAS-410 and MAA1-10026-13. Create techniques to be approved by responsible Level III4. Assist in training as applicable to job roles5. Cross-train and qualify as Level II in multiple non-destructiveinspection disciplines6. Cross-train in equivalent level Fabrication/Assembly and/or MachineTooling inspector classifications.7. Use and interpret drawings, inspection manuals and specifications,shop mathematics precision measuring instruments, specialized inspectionmachines, tools software and equipment necessary to accomplish workassignments.8. Experience working with Quality Management System Policies andProcedures9. Working knowledge of Company Policies, Procedures and Specifications10. Overall working knowledge of production processes11. Good communication skills – written and verbal12. Good computing skills13. Contact other company organizations or customer representatives, asrequired to coordinate and accomplish work assignments.14. Ability to utilize various stationary and/or portable hand heldinspection equipment15. Plan own sequence of operations16. Inspect vendor, subcontractor or company hardware17. Position parts and/or assemblies using required tools, fixtures andstandards18. Verify that tools are qualified19. Evaluate inspection results from data (manual or computer generated)to determine if component meets the governing customer specification(s)20. Determine and submit test and investigation statements21. Follow Inspection (shop) procedures to accept or reject processes/parts/assemblies22. Prepare and maintain Quality records

Qualifications and requirements:
MUST already have NAS-410 Certification and proof.
Hands on experience on Non-Destructive inspection methods (liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, thermography, shearography, eddy current, ultrasonic, radiography)
Candidate has to provide Poof of Training and OJT for Level II Ultrasonic NAS410 Certification
