Inspection Coordinator

The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for coordination of Midwest Alarm Services inspections on a daily & monthly basis. This person will also be responsible with scheduling, organizing data & invoicing inspections.

Starting pay is between $22 and $24 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Scheduling & billing inspections during the month due
• Review previous day inspections in the Sedona schedule
• Upload reports to the portal
• Maintain the Inspections email inbox, which includes responding to internal & external customer needs
• Send reports to techs for upcoming inspections weekly
• Create & schedule deficiency tickets
• Process subcontractor invoices
• Schedule monthly inspections for the following month
• Convert service inspection billings to recurring
• Backup the service dispatcher & inventory

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with computers including MS Word and Excel
• Must have ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• The ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• The ability to multi-task, be on the phone while on the computer, and navigate multiple computer programs and schedules
