SalaryPye-Barker is looking for an Inspection Coordinator Agent for our Lancaster, PA office. Full time position working 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday
Position involves:
- Populating Inspections monthly
- Reviewing the Inspection lines for each inspection and making sure they are accurate and correct.
- Addressing the ticket with the proper information
- Verifying signal in monitoring software
- Scheduling inspections with customer
- Reviewing completed tickets for accuracy and proper Fire inspection paperwork
- Retrieving digital forms to the electronic filing system for retention
- Additional tasks as they come due to handle.
