Inspection and Assembly - 3rd Shift

(Our Team Members, our customers, and their patients.) We are looking to fill a full-time position within our 3rd ShiftInspection and Assembly team. No experience is necessary; we will train candidates who have a sincere interest in learning the optical industry.

The main job responsibilities of this position include inspecting ophthalmic lenses to ensure that they were manufactured according to the Rx and using small hand tools to insert and assemble lenses into the appropriate frames. Applicants should feel comfortable working with their hands throughout their entire shift, have good manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail. This is a production position and while quality is a critical part of this role, team members will also be expected to meet production metrics including completing a certain number of jobs per hour.

The days and hours for this position are Sunday - Thursday from 10:00pm-6:30am.

Starting wage is $22.00 per hour.
