- Develop rapport and build relationships with FIN's existing and potential customers
- Learn to explain how the FIN GPS tracking service works and how it benefits dealerships and consumers
- Foster meaningful relationships with Powersports dealerships to encourage trust and loyalty
- Follow-up on cold and warm leads to maintain existing business and increase new sales success rates
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to meet and exceed designated sales targets
- Previous experience in customer and/or Sales Support
- Spanish fluency a huge plus, but not required
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
