- Engage with walk-in customers, showcasing and selling the Company's products and services.
- Regularly submit customer prospect profiles, daily call reports, quote sheets, lost sales reports, etc.
- Ensure all documents related to sales of goods and attachments are accurately completed.
- Participate in Company, store, and community events to benefit yourself, colleagues, and the Dealership.
- Prepare and conduct field demonstrations, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition.
- Follow up on services per manufacturers and Dealership guidelines.
- Stay current on product knowledge, competitive activity, used equipment values, and available finance plans.
- Professionally handle incoming sales calls.
- Maintain manuals, price lists, and other relevant documents.
- Manage whole goods inventory on-site, striving to meet customer needs promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (CDL may be required)
- Experience with agricultural equipment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional appearance
- Good language and social skills
