Inside Sales Representative

Taber Extrusions Russellville, AR is a diverse manufacturerof extruded aluminum products with a successful history of over 50 years in theRussellville community. Currently, Taber is seeking an Inside Sales Representativeto join our Team Taber and grow with us.
At Taber, our Inside Sales Representatives are the lifebloodof our Sales Operation. Handling customer RFQ's, Purchase Orders and Claims,our Inside Sales Representatives work closely with internal and externalstakeholders as well as within the Taber Sales Organization to deliver theextrusions our customers need.
Job Summary
Processes RFQ's, orders, claims and interacts with internal and external stakeholders by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Processes customer RFQ's and creates Quotes using established workflow.
• Effectively communicates by email or phone with a variety of stakeholders.
• Completes date entry (Orders, Quotes, Claims) in company system.
• Filing of necessary documentation as required.
• Engages with various production departments in helping to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists Sales Managers and Customer Service Manager with other various tasks as assigned.
• Answers the telephone and directs calls to the appropriate person.
• Departmental filing and other clerical duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned

• Manage new projects with the help of the Regional Manager and oversee the Project /Customer account.
• Account management to include being internal point of contact, provide scheduled updates, and customer support.
• Maintains good organizational skills.
• Willingness to help with other key accounts as needed.
Education and Experience
• BA or BS in related field. Or 5 years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office with strong emphasis in Excel and work within company ERP system.
• Must possess strong math skills.
• Uses positive 'people skills‛ to develop a respectful and responsive relationship with customers.
• Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior that includes trustworthiness and individual integrity.
• Demonstrate basic business acumen.
