What We're Looking For:
An ambitious entry-level sales professional who ideally brings customer service and healthcare industry experience to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Craft and execute strategies to discover and secure new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector, particularly among providers looking for managed pharmacy accounts and digital marketing services.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships by understanding and addressing their unique needs with customized solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, demands, and competitor movements to adapt and refine sales approaches.
- Product Mastery: Develop comprehensive knowledge of Valhalla MS’s services to convincingly highlight their advantages to potential clients.
- Collaborative Efforts: Join forces with our marketing team to devise and apply bespoke strategies aimed at prospective clients, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention by working together with the service delivery teams.
- Performance Measurement: Surpass sales objectives and regularly provide insights into sales metrics, pipelines, and future projections to the management.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sales, with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- A motivated, result-oriented individual passionate about sales.
- Strong abilities in selling, communication, and negotiation.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Sharp analytical thinking with strategic problem-solving capability.
- Proficient in creating and delivering audience-specific presentations.
- Excellent at building relationships and receptive to feedback.
Rewards:
- Base Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Bonus Potential: Earn between $8,332.00 to $25,000.00 annually through a tiered bonus structure based on the volume of leads closed.

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
