OVERVIEW
The Inside Sales Representative I drives the company’s growth in fast-paced and rapidly developing markets. In this role, candidates will enjoy the challenge and excitement of finding new customers that operate in Cadrex’s end markets. The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate with the Sales, Account Management and Sales Operations team to ensure the company has a constant sales pipeline for new opportunities. The role will support the Sales organization. This is a role for a high-energy individual who can function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Sales Operations team to track active opportunities
- Initiate contact with web-based leads generated through SEO or marketing campaigns
- Follow up on active quote proposals
- Manage sales cycles within CRM from Qualification through proposal delivery
- Understand the product lines to engage with customers
- Present potential customers with marketing collateral for Cadrex
- Perform research on customers within Cadrex’s end markets
- Work with Account Management/Sales mentor to develop sales strategies
- Follow up with current customers to develop relationships and generate new order velocity
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication or machining preferred
- Proven track record of establishing relationships
- Ability to work independently based on established goals
- Confident, self-motivated, and high energy individual with the highest degree of ethics
- Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
