Role: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
Maintains complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, taking qualified leads through the sales process, resulting in closed revenue
Maintains a comprehensive record of sales actions within Netsuite, the company’s CRM system
Provides the highest level of customer service for each account to preserve and improve the business relationship
Meets and/or exceeds individual and team sales targets as well as call quotas
Remains knowledgeable about new and existing products
Obtains monthly orders from existing distributors
Researches new and existing accounts to identify current needs and solicits sales to fulfill needs
Make cold calls to new clients and/or reactivate previous clients.
Collaborates with multiple internal and external teams to ensure projects are being completed according to projected timelines
Effectively services incoming calls and online chats with customers to assist with questions.
Acts as a strategic partner for the team by continuously sharing ideas that will facilitate company growth and/or streamline current processes
Skills:
Prior Inside Sales or Account Management experience is a MUST! - 3-year minimum
Clear and concise communication style required
Ability to balance multiple conflicting priorities while remaining professional and composed required
Strong time management skills required
Strong problem-solving skills and a personality to overcome obstacles required
Experience closing sales, strongly preferred
Strong phone presence and experience spending multiple hours daily on the phone are strongly preferred.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, strongly preferred.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
