Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and has a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services while booking appointments for our in home experts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage leads
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development
- Strong ability to make warm calls and engage potential customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
