Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building and Cross-Selling:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients as you build and expand your book of business.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Engage in consultative selling to educate clients on insurance products and guide them in making informed decisions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and effectively presenting insurance options.
- Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and proactively support clients throughout their insurance journey.
- Training and Development:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering sales techniques, insurance products, and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance your skills and knowledge continuously.
Qualifications:
- State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Must be able to pass a financial services background check
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.
- Motivated self-starter with a hunger for career growth.
- Coachable and open to learning a new industry.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $41,000 per year
- Expected Total Earnings: $55,000 to $70,000 in the first year (including commissions and bonuses)
- Anticipated Second-Year Earnings: $90,000 to $110,000
