We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our thriving real estate team. The Inside Sales Agent will play a key role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for real estate.

Compensation:

$24,000 - $50,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Utilize lead generation tools and systems to identify and capture potential leads.
  • Research and stay informed about local real estate market trends.

Prospecting and Qualification:

  • Engage with leads to understand their real estate needs and goals.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Build rapport and establish a relationship with potential clients.

Appointment Setting:

  • Schedule appointments for real estate professionals to meet with qualified leads.
  • Maintain an organized schedule and follow-up system to ensure timely communication with leads.
  • Provide information about our real estate services and answer basic inquiries.

Database Management:

  • Enter and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Keep detailed records of communications and interactions with leads.
  • Regularly review and clean the lead database for accuracy.

Collaboration with Team Members:

  • Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to provide seamless customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to share information about qualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education and Licensing:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
