Job Description:
Primary Duties:
  • Meet or exceed quota
  • Nurture leads and client relationships
  • Cultivate relationships with customer contacts to maximize sales opportunities through educating customers on the benefits of products and pricing and reduce churn.
  • Jointly territory plan with outside Territory Sales Rep and District Manager to ensure alignment on goals. You and your outside counterpart are jointly responsible for the growth of the market area you are responsible for.
  • Sell add-ons and promotional items to continually penetrate accounts.
  • Support sales through outbound calling, e-mail communication, and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Follow customized scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections most effectively.
  • Accurately input, track and report productivity and sales metrics in salesforce.com. Adoption and data integrity in salesforce is critical.
  • Partner with the sales field organization to facilitate, grow and follow up with distributors leads
  • Identify current customer opportunities for L2 expansion and work with field Territory Sales Representative/District Manager to expand customer solutions.
  • Act as a cultural leader, embodying and promoting Company vision and values.
