Job Description
PURPOSE:
The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) will oversee the daily sales and operations of our Camarillo, CA Location. The ISM will manage office staff, organize the various tasks involved in customer service, sales, and project management. This position requires that the individual focus on customer relationship, managing sales of the company’s products and services, tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information, while providing customer service. This position will require project management ranging from small to large scale projects. This position reports to the Sales Director.

• Organizes, Leads and helps execute projects that fall outside the scope of regular duties
• Plan and implement workflow processes to strengthen department efficiency
• Track project progress and maintain budgets
• Work collaboratively with Customer Service Support Manager to distribute tasks for ensure completion within the scheduled timeline
• Resolve conflict
• Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale; includes taking phone orders, email or other electronic communication and servicing our walk-in customers.
• High energy and a willingness to learn.
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and responses for current and potential customers on assigned special projects.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via outside salespersons, telephone, e-mail, written, and faxed correspondence.
• Coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Understand and apply SMACNA standards both for standard ductwork and industrial scope work
• Data entry/Order processing
• Solve customer issues and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout fabrication to maintain the standards expected.
• Identifying and managing potential risks of multiple projects
• Negotiate Effectively

Job Qualifications

· Highschool Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales and/or Management.
· 5-10 years HVAC/Sheet Metal Industry experience
· Demonstrated success in client acquisition, retention, and client relationship expansion.
· Organized and Manages Times effectively
