About This Opportunity:

Docebo is creating a new team responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs and pain points, presenting Docebo's products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets.
Our Inside Sales Executives team will be the first on scene with many of our potential customers and plays a crucial role in our sales cycle. You will have the opportunity to learn and action the sales process end to end with SMB companies.

The Inside Sales Manager will work and manage four hungry Inside Sales reps who come from internal Senior outbound teams, and will have a pivotal role in their development into sales executive professionals. 
Responsibilities:
    • This role will require all of the day-to-day functions of a Sales Manager, plus: 
    • Create purpose, maintain motivation and deliver continued improvement within the Inside Sales team.
    • Maintain the team accountable of their KPIs, achieve or exceed team's monthly, quarterly and annual goals 
    • Coach and mentor the team, paying close attention to the finer details to ensure continuous development of individuals. 
    • Work closely with the enablement team to ensure the team is well prepared for negotiations and closing of business from Docebo
    • Forecast with accuracy to help our business strategically plan our revenue growth and drive decision making
Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience in carrying quota and selling
    • Experience in coaching teams, leading people
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic to exceed goals
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
