In this role, you will enjoy…
- Serving as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients.
- Becoming an expert on Life Insurance and the various products offered. Training IS provided… we love Life Insurance and can’t wait to teach you!
- Utilizing your knowledge to provide coverage reviews to our large, existing base of clientele and sell additional coverage.
- Using your sales expertise to contact warm leads via phone and sell new Life Insurance products across the United States.
- Using our web-based quoting system to prepare customer Life Insurance options.
- Guiding clients through the application process
- Continuously striving to improve your performance in a metrics-driven environment, directly in control of your earnings. You are your own small business!
We would love to hear from you if…
- You have an Associates or Bachelor's degree OR at least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a high-volume, dialer-based sales role
- You have a Life Agent license (helpful but not required)
- You are a professional, driven, enthusiastic individual with strong organization and time management skills.
- You are excited to learn new things and continue to GROW in your career.
- You thrive in a competitive, metrics-driven environment, with substantial additional incentives offered based on performance.
- You enjoy helping others and speaking with customers over the phone.
- You believe in the value of Life insurance.

About Cave & Cheney
Cave & Cheney was started in North Austin in 1986 by Bob Cave and Denny Cheney. After years working in the industry, they started their own insurance brokerage firm and sought to streamline the way they sold insurance while maximizing reach and earning potential. With their combined experience and expertise, their new business model quickly began growing. Bob later left Cave & Cheney to pursue other ventures, but Denny is still involved in a consultancy role, with his very experienced crew continuing the tried-and-true customer service centered tradition that has garnered us success for 37 years.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year or more
Position can be remote work either a few days a week or 100% depending on the applicant’s needs and experience. We are willing to be flexible.
