We are looking for a motivated salesperson who loves helping people and excels at creating “win-win” deals. This job is perfect for someone who has had a few years of entry-level sales success but is ready to take their career to the next level with real estate! Our comprehensive training program will ensure a quick start to success, but we need to see the drive and initiative right out of the gate. You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. We expect you to be able to build rapport quickly and overcome objections using our proven scripts.

You DO NOT need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed. You WILL have to be comfortable with heavy prospecting strategies such as: door knocking and cold calling! If that does not appeal to you, please do not waste your time applying.
COMPENSATION: $60,000 to $150,000 ++ Annually (commission based)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure contracts from homeowners that want to sell their home for cash.
- Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, and repairs and in order to analyze deals.
- Manage leads and follow up with prospects using our CRM software.
- Must be motivated to bring in outside business.
Our ideal candidate:
- Someone who understands that success comes through hard work, tenacity, and consistency.
- Coachable and willing to integrate into our streamlined processes/systems. We utilize many different tools in all aspects of our business so technological aptitude is a must!
- Must be a team player who takes initiative and has a great mindset / attitude.
- 1 year 100% commission based sales experience is preferred. Real Estate experience is not required, but preferred.
- Reliable Phone and Internet Connection as this is a work from home and on the road position.
- Willing to work on some weekends.
