```Duties```
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients and engage in technical sales discussions
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Use Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
```Qualifications```
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to clients
- Knowledge of software products or solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong business development and market research skills
