What You Will Do
As our Inside Sales Consultant your will sell recurring services to new customers through warm leads and upgrade current customers with a new program. You will also work to renew warranties and complete numerous campaigns over the phone, proposing our services to address their needs and guiding them through our process. You will be a key member in a team of problem solvers who provide solutions while selling our industry leading services and products!
Your Daily Duties
- Answering incoming calls and emails from our national and regional call reps for new leads
- Serve as a problem solver for our customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for their needs
- Create and email a sales proposal and collect owed money in a timely fashion
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly assigned outbound phone campaigns
- Complete our training and learn the skills required to be responsible for the daily operations of the role
- Provide logistical scheduling assistance to field personnel as necessary when programs have been sold

Work Environment:
We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:
- Be seated for extended periods of time
- Able to complete a minimum of 40 hours/week and occasional Saturdays
- Have a safe, quiet environment with reliable high speed internet connection
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; four-year degree preferred
- 1+ year telephone sales experience
- The ability to pass a drug screen
