We currently have an opening for a counter sales representative at our Goodlettsville, TN location.

This is a great role for someone wanting to get exposure to a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional service to our customers
• Build relationships with customers and work towards solving their problems
• Receive & pull customer orders
• Bid jobs
• Answer customers’ product related questions
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts
• Formulate customer pricing strategies with branch manager
• Provide input on merchandising strategy
• Much more based on aptitude and interest

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Excellent customer relations skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and desire to advance career
• Positive disposition
• Proficient computer skills
• Prior experience in customer facing role preferred
• Prior experience in the HVAC/R field preferred but definitely not required
• High school, GED, or equivalent diploma at a minimum

Sanders Supply Inc. is a family owned and operated business based in Hot Springs, AR.

The company was founded in 1978 and primarily serves as a distributor of HVAC parts, supplies, and equipment (we buy from many different manufacturers, consolidate those products, & sell to HVAC contractors doing the service and installation of HVAC units.)

Today, the company has 19 locations in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
