Responsibilities:
· Receive customer inquiries and perform follow-up procedures including providing price quotes and new product information.
· Build rapport with customers and receive feedback regarding company products and services.
· Apply technical knowledge of company products and services to best meet customer needs.
· Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and notify management of problems.
· Follow-up on quotes and estimates.
· Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries, email, or fax.
· Promote and effectively sell company products and supplies using.
· Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs, present various selections of products and services, and provide pricing information as requested.
· Understand and respond to customer delivery needs.
· Process all paperwork for orders including sales contracts, prints, and related documentation.
· Provide admin support to Field Service (including but not limited to material charges, orders, job entry, billing, scheduling, quoting, purchases, reports, etc.).
· Aid purchasing department when necessary.
Requirements:
· General computer proficiency.
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Organized and detail-oriented record keeping skills.
· Ability to handle details and accurately meet the needs of multiple requests.
