ATI is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales team in Albany, Oregon. This is a day shift position and typically works Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with some flexibility on hours, with the possibility of some remote work after your initial training period. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and be accountable for daily sales support.
A successful Inside Sales Associate is instrumental in supporting customer communications, quotation generation, sales order entry and continuous process improvements. To provide customer support, you'll work collaboratively with Planning, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Inspection to ensure customer satisfaction. In order to become successful, you will have to quickly learn our products and processes, have a continuous improvement mindset, a hunger to learn, and have a passion for teamwork. What you’ll do:
- Work to provide quotations, delivery, specifications and other conditions of orders with customers.
- Ensure all commercial components necessary for on-time delivery are received and communicated (purchase orders, specifications, quality requirements, payment instruments, export requirements, etc.).
- Assist in the development and execution of the business plan.
- Ensure customer orders are entered accurately to support customer responsiveness for both internal and external customers.
- Provide support for on-site customer visits.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate work activities with other team members, manage projects and be able to work independently as needed.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a Sales, Customer Service or similar professional environment can be substituted for an Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of processes, policies, and procedures related to a sales department.
- A high level of professionalism and motivation.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal communication (both verbal and written), organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel).
- Oracle applications and data-base management experience preferred.
