About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Associate who combines strong sales abilities and exceptional customer support and communications skills. This role demands a positive and empathetic approach towards customers and working knowledge of CRM, databases, internet searches and spreadsheets.


You will be responsible for engaging with dermatology prospects to facilitate sales growth in that segment. Quite simply, you’ll have the opportunity to impact businesses in a big way on a daily basis.

What You'll Be Doing:
•    Most of your time will be spent positioning the value of our product with prospective buyers through online presentations, email and phone. This is less about the hard sell and more about having the product knowledge, passion and people skills to help the prospect make the best decision for their needs.
•    With existing customers, you will encourage them to buy more Aerolase lasers, to purchase extended warranties and upgrades, to share their clinical data, to introduce other practitioners to Aerolase products, and to act as clinical references for Aerolase
•    Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound opportunities so that you can consistently drive revenue for the company.
•    Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospect’s specific needs and hot buttons.
•    Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams so that we can improve the product and prioritize the right projects.
•    Gain a deep knowledge of our product and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that you’re able to support prospects and answer questions accordingly.
Qualifications:
•    You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years experience closing sales over the phone.
•    You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota while working in tandem with an outside sales team.
•    You are in sales because you are a self-starter that thrives in autonomous roles and are driven to succeed. You love winning and helping your customers achieve their goals.
•    You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. This is especially important in a remote company, as you won’t always have people nearby that you can talk to and learn from.
•    You are excited to be using consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
•    You are highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once with little oversight.
•    You have experience tracking all of your sales activity and reports in a customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com preferred but not required).
•    You have the ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop/squat, and crouch. Also you are willing to travel as needed, on occasion, for customer visits or conferences.
