We are looking for an Inside Sales and Commercial Support Manager who has a passion for Sales and is customer focused, has the capacity for quick thinking, ability to forecast sales outcomes, as well as bias for quick action. The individual will help promote Fosun Pharma’s portfolio together with the sales team and will also help build the strategic relationship with our external facing clients. The ideal candidate is an enabler who will remove roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges to support sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the virtual sales process, organizes/presents sales call activity and provides monthly business forecasting through customer interfacing activities and sales data analysis
- Utilizes existing relationships at account level to gather market intelligence
- Manages trade show events to market Fosun products. This includes handling registrations, communications with internal and external partners
- Follows up and cold calls accounts using phone, email or other methods to promote current commercial portfolio
- Supports the Field Sales Team by following up on their contacts to ensure that contracts are loaded and buyers have visibility at their local DC’s
- Works cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Trade and Supply Chain
- Contributes to customer insights to Sales Team on weekly Sales Forecasting Meetings
- Works with teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experience
- Presents regular updates to the Management team
- Obtains images, samples and needed product information to develop promotional materials including work through up to approvals
- Oversees website information for Established Medicines
- In collaboration with PR, works and oversees development of message for LinkedIn posts regarding trade shows
Requirements:
- BS or Associates’ Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years proven work experience in Marketing or Sales or equivalent
- Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical/generic environment preferred
- A passion for customer experience and driving team results
- Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Agile, thrives in a lean environment, with an entrepreneurial mindset
