MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE (inbound/outbound calls, sales support, understanding sales cycle, etc)

 

Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant (Telesales) IV - I

Support the Sales Team by speaking with current customers as well as potential new customers - "selling" a meeting with them and the sales closing team.

START WORKING - training starts in February

IN A NUTSHELL:

  • 100% remote, laptop provided, Paid 2 week Training
  • You must have 1-2+ years TRUE product or service sales experience with a quota - retail sales only will not qualify you (i.e. Target, BestBuy, Mall Retail)
  • Preference is given to candidates with financial, banking, or tech background (SaaS)
  • Must have proven sales chops with monthly quota/metrics and must have regularly met or exceeded monthly sales goals/quotas
  • Customers are Small Business Owners B2B Sales
  • You must be amazing on the phone with great speaking abilities and email follow-up skills
  • Know the difference between Sales and Customer Service
  • Know what the cloud is.

Duties: Come join the Small Business Group (SBG) as an Inside Sales Consultant. SBG Inside Sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage, and grow their small businesses. You'll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussing their aspirations, uncovering needs, and discovering problems you can help them solve with company offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll, and Payments software solutions.

SBG Inside Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. Our Sales Consultants are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know our ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers' usage of our products.

Additional Notes:

  • Will be responsible for carrying a quota/calls per day outbound calls =200-300 (# of calls will be monitored for your daily productivity) with the expectation to reach 25%-35% of those
  • Will be selling a product mix - great software solutions.

TRAINING

  • Fully paid training for 2 weeks - days typically 800a-530p Mon-Fri
  • Laptop provided - you are responsible for your high-speed internet connection
  • Must pass 3 assessments (tests) during training - or will be released
