INSIDE / OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVEAs an INSIDE / OUTSIDE SALES Representative for Esti Foods, you will serve as the key point contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase. The mission of our company is to produce high quality food products and customer service, while at the same time creating a company culture of encouragement, positivity, hard work, strength, and unity. A Sales Representative handles fulfilling existing accounts, obtaining new ones, and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of their customers throughout all purchase levels.Responsible for using your knowledge of the company products or services to connect with consumer and generate new sales. It is expected to support these missions of the company. For that reason, we expect that you will protect the company from any negative, low-energy discussions.Present, promote and sell products; introduce new product lines; using solid arguments to existing and identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling. (Minimum 25 per day)Coordinate sales efforts with other members of the Sales Team.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Analyze the territory markets potential, track sales and provide status reports.Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales targets, to be included in annual incentive program. (by Qtr.)A minimum of Completing (2) Demos per month (Approval in advance required)Attend all scheduled meetings and being prepared with any updates.Become knowledgeable about the product line.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Bring new ideas to help bring Sales.Visit stores to make sure the have adequate stock and that all product is presented; continue to have the mind set of adding new sku’sConduct outbound communications including phone calls, emails, use of social media and web meetings to set and conduct web and phone meetings, assessments.Demonstrate with the local market support teams that benefits of all Esti Foods products, services and solutions to clients.Develop and present proposals tailored to address each client’s specific business needs.Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers to secure new business and strengthen with current clients.Manage activities related to client retention, including communication with clientConsistently close sales and achieve monthly activity.Accurate account forecasting/pipeline development.Assist with documentation related to all phases of the clientIdentify and propose additional projectsTracks all leads, activities and meetings* Please feel free to email or call ask for JASON PASCUAL 201-567-5156
