Inside Account Manager

Inside Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Communicated with customers and followed up with current assigned accounts.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Create and maintain a CRM database of current accounts.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Ability to stay informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Cross-Selling & Upselling Ability
• Product Placement/Merchandising assistance to assigned accounts
• High Volume/High Quality outbound dialing
• ten days a year travel to trade shows with the team

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve targets.
