Inside Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicated with customers and followed up with current assigned accounts.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Create and maintain a CRM database of current accounts.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Ability to stay informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Cross-Selling & Upselling Ability
- Product Placement/Merchandising assistance to assigned accounts
- High Volume/High Quality outbound dialing
- ten days a year travel to trade shows with the team
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
