We are a growing company looking to hire a print and mailing machine operator to support our production team .

Job Description

The position will be responsible for monitoring and operating high speed mail insertion machines and ink jet equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Inserting (Pitney Bowes high speed) and Ink Jet (Kirk Rudy) equipment for all jobs generated by data processing.
• Inspect and ensure all printed materials being produced meet established standards for the USPS.
• Enter daily shift production in Operating System, identifying all work processed.
• Perform daily maintenance and provide basic troubleshooting of machines including cleaning, refilling water and ink as well as making any minor machine adjustments for efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
• Candidates should have experience working with Kirk Rudy and Pitney Bowes high speed machines or similar machinery.
• Experience in a mailroom environment, running a variety of mailroom machines.
• Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. and to perform light physical labor.
• Must be able to stand an entire 8+ hour shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
