Everview is seeking and immediately hiring an Insert Machine Operator - 2nd Shift to join our team for to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of services!

Shift/Hours: 2:30pm –1:00am Monday–Thursday

or Monday-Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm

Position Overview:

The Insert Machine Operator position is responsible for the accuracy and quality of work run on an inserting machine. The Inserter Operator is responsible for setting up and running an inserting machine. Some mechanical setup is required during the setup process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Setup of a Pitney Bowes Inserting machine or other inserters if assigned by the supervisor.
• Checking Quality of the pieces being inserted. Relaying any Quality issues to Supervisor.
• Account for all pieces and pages ran on a particular job.
• Accurately entering data into a computer that contains total pieces and spoiled pieces.
• Work efficiently and accurately to accomplish daily and monthly jobs on time.
• Read and interpret Work Orders instructions completely.
• Follow safety guidelines to accomplish work assigned.
• Keep work area clean and clear of any hazards.
• Must be on time and ready to work at scheduled shift start time.
• Other duties as they are assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to process work with accuracy
• Must be at work every day and on time
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
