Experience:
District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.
Work Schedule:
182 contracted work days (Days are prorated based on start date.)

Salary:
The minimum starting pay is $47,004*/year and the maximum salary is $72,768*/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
*Salary is prorated based on start date.
Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office.

Qualifications and Expectations:

1. BA/BS from accredited college or university
2. Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment:
   1. a valid CO license endorsed in another area - HR to review transcripts and make determination OR
   2. a valid CO license endorsed in another area and a BA/BS - HR to review transcripts and make determination
   a valid CO licensed endorsed in another area AND passing exam scores on the PRAXIS II OR
