JOB SUMMARY

One of our exclusive hospital partners in Nashua, New Hampshire is seeking Registered Nurses to start with their organization immediately. This is a permanent job with benefits. A $20k sign on bonus is available for experienced RNs and a $15k bonus for entry level RNs.

Multiple shifts anddepartments available (Med/Surg, Psych, Ambulatory Surgery, ED and MORE)! If you are looking for a change, we likely have a spot for you!

Open to overnights and weekends? You can count on a generous shift differential to make it well worth your time.

Please note:these are full time positions. We do not have part time roles available.

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and psychological evaluations.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to make quick and accurate decisions in emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS​​​

• Associate degree in Nursing (or 3-year Diploma) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid State of New Hampshire RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire
• Must attend telemetry course during orientation
• 1-year previous nursing experience preferred

Shifts

Days: 7am-7pm

Overnights: 7pm-7am

Swing: 3pm-1130pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.84 - $49.00 per hour
