Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required (at least a year)
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Strong familiarity to computer operations, including Microsoft office, email, and knowledge of manovering a computer system.
