You will:
The role will be in charge of daily operation related to Injection Molding ON 2ND SHIFT. The role will require the application of safety rules, detection of safety risks, troubleshooting and other maintenance requirements related to Injection Molding.
Responsibilities
SAFETY / ENVIRONNEMENT :

• Detect safety risks and react.
• Ensure respect of all standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
• Manage applicable sections of Safety, Quality & Environment site's Policy.
• Ensure respect of all safety rules and PPE usage during all intervention on processes, especially for purging.
• Apply Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure.
• Stop the machine and Alert at first safety defect / malfunction
• Lead safety conformity actions on production equipment.

PRODUCTION :

• Ensure part production in respect to safety, quality, schedule, cost and volume
• Ensure Injection Molding machine setting and tuning to respect defined quality standards
• Ensure the set-up process of equipment: injection machine, molds, automation, auxiliaries for new production.
• Start and Operate equipment in Injection and Validate the OK Start.
• Prepare & participate in changeovers of molds and insert versions in order to reduce changeover time.
• Know how to use SAP-PM(+) to record actions and ask for work order
• Act to avoid production disruption due to organization malfunctions. When needed, replace resources and operators
• Support molding test of new mold startup or new material and Full Day Of Production
• Operate overhead crane, change molds / automation from previous production.

QUALITY :

• Ensure respect of all quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity
• Control production line status by applying machine monitoring and react accordingly when maintenance is required
• Troubleshoot and react by adjusting parameters staying within parameters tolerances and records deviations (QRAP, Change Log Sheet). Apply 5 Why methodology for problem solving
• Stop the machine and Alert quality at first quality defect / malfunction

MAINTENANCE :

• Apply basic total production maintenance actions, preventive maintenance on mold and machine. Use Red tag for machine risk.
• Systematically alert: electrical, hydraulic or mechanical maintenance department in case of defects or breakdown.
• Fill maintenance intervention requests.

COMMUNICATION / INVOLVEMENT / ANIMATION / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

• Inform leader or supervisor when technical or quality deviation.
• Welcome and train newcomers (setters) using training schedules (Work instruction).
• Ensure and maintain 5S standards of the assigned areas (Inside Machine and Automation cell)
• Create and realize Improvement Proposals to improve safety, working conditions, quality and productivity.
• Use and improve reaction modes in his area.
• To participate in the design of new equipment.

You should have:

• Vocational high school diploma + 2 years in technical education
• 2+ years of Injection Molding / process technician experience
