Ingalls Curriculum Developer
Job Description
This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and enhancing curriculum content tailored to leadership development programs. The Curriculum Developer will collaborate with subject matter experts and program managers to ensure the content aligns with organizational goals and meets the needs of participants.
Job Duties
1. Develop and deliver leadership development programs for a variety of audiences utilizing multiple delivery methods or platforms.
2. Design and implement engaging and interactive learning experiences, including case studies and role playing activities.
3. Create and maintain a comprehensive leadership curriculum library.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Talent Management team to develop and deliver high-quality learning content.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Mandatory Qualifications
(M1) Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. (M2) 5+ years of experience developing and delivering leadership development programs. (M3) Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design. (M4) Strong understanding of leadership theories and frameworks. (M5) Excellent writing and communication skills. (M6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications
(D1) Master's degree in a related field preferred. (D2) SHRM or HCI certification preferred.
