INFUSION RN - OUTPATIENT

Responsibilities:
- Administer infusion therapy to patients in an outpatient office setting
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their response to treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on medication administration, side effects, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Proficiency in acute pain management techniques and interventions
-- Competence in IV insertion and maintenance
