This role is responsible for supporting Security Operations and Compliance within the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer, CISO

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with other IT and business units to ensure security measures are integrated effectively
• Help implement security controls to meet compliance requirements
• Support identity and access management (IAM) system compliance
• Assist in the development and delivery of security awareness training
• Monitor and report on compliance with security controls
• Conduct security assessments of third-party vendors
• Maintain relationships with security vendors and service providers
• Assist in compliance audits and assessments by gathering and organizing evidence
• Maintain and update security documentation, policies, and procedures
• Generate security reports and metrics for management
• Collaborate with the CISO and Director of Security Operations on security initiatives
• Cross-train within the Office of the CISO

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Security or related field
• Familiarity with security policies and best practices
• Analytical problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context switching between different types of work
• Knowledge of compliance standards e.g., SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA is preferred
• Willingness to learn about ML/AI domain
