SalaryOur agency client is currently seeking a talented Infographic / Data Visualization Designer to join their team on a freelance basis. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging infographics and Data Visualizations to support a variety of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and impactful infographics and Data Visualizations to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner
Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their communication needs and develop appropriate design solutions
Translate data and research into visually compelling stories and narratives
Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages
Collaborate with writers, researchers, and other team members to develop creative strategies and solutions
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in Data Visualization
Essential Qualifications:
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js, etc.)
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating impactful infographics and Data Visualizations
Ability to distill complex information into visually clear and concise graphics
Excellent visual design and typography skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Effective communication and collaboration skills
This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $40 depending on experience.
